For the last 2 years I have been going to school at ITT Tech In Everett WA.
During this time I had a Technical Support internship at Moss Adams, the 11th
largest public accounting firm in the United States. They provide accounting, tax and
consulting services to public and private enterprises in many different industries.
The internship consisted of Tier 1 & 2 Help Desk Technical Support. Where
either I would take the call, or handle a ticket in that fashion. If I could help the end
user remotely, over the phone I would then walk them through the steps to resolve
the issue. Other times I would have to take a look at the users computer, to get a
better feel for the issue, or if they need something taken care of right away.
